This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("apps", "our apps") published by us on the App Store. We build utility, health & fitness, and productivity apps designed around a simple principle: your content belongs to you and stays on your device.

By using any of our apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If a specific app ever needs to handle data differently, that difference will be clearly disclosed in that app's App Store listing and privacy label before you install it.

Our Privacy Principles

• No accounts. Our apps do not require registration, sign-in, or any personal profile.
• Limited technical data. We do not collect the content you create in our apps. Some apps use limited pseudonymous technical data for analytics, configuration, diagnostics, purchases, and Apple campaign attribution.
• No ads. Our apps contain no advertising and no advertising SDKs.
• No cross-app tracking. Some apps use analytics and Apple campaign attribution, but we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
• No selling of data. We do not sell personal data.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, receive, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Your precise location
• Your photos, videos, or files
• Your health, fitness, or wellness records
• Device identifiers used for tracking or advertising
• Identifiable behavioral profiles or data used to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies

In apps that use the services described below, service providers may process a pseudonymous app or device identifier, device and operating-system information, country or general region, App interactions, configuration or experiment information, diagnostic metadata, purchase status, and Apple campaign attribution. We do not associate this information with a name, email address, account, or personal profile.

Information Stored on Your Device

Content you create while using our apps — for example workout history, measurements, reminders, settings, notes, edited photos, or documents — is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to it. You can view, edit, delete, or export this content at any time using the tools provided inside each app, and it is removed if you delete the app.
